Please call it O-sake instead of just sake.
In ancient times, sake was considered a sacred item in Japan, and the O prefix was added to signify its importance before the word sake.

創業大正15年(1926年) 初 代 池上□□ 二代目 池上□□ 三代目 池上 明 四代目 池上□□ 創業以来、長野県飯島町で地元のお酒を愛する酒店を営む。 家業に勤しみながらも、地域の発展に力を尽くすことが池上家の家訓。
Founded in 1926. [First generation: Ikegami ****** / Second generation: Ikegami ****** / Third generation: Ikegami Akira / Fourth generation: Ikegami ******] Since its establishment, they have run a liquor store in Iijimamachi, Nagano Prefecture, where they love local O-sake. Their family motto is to work hard for the development of the region while managing their family business.
